This Shipping & Returns Policy describes how we handle order processing, shipping, returns, and refunds for purchases made on https://saltstone.shop (the “Site”), operated by Optiwella Americas LLC, doing business as SALTSTONE Hunting & Outdoors (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

We do not ship to countries or regions outside the U.S.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

During peak periods, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
1.3 Fulfillment & Warehouses
Orders are fulfilled from U.S.-based warehouses and fulfillment partners, which may include third-party logistics providers such as Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).

Multiple items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

1.6 PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and Special Addresses

1.7 Order Changes & Cancellations

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
1.9 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as Delivered

Delivery delays due to carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other factors beyond our control
If your package shows as Delivered but you cannot locate it:

Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.

1.10 Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout:

Alternatively, we may issue a refund for the product cost (excluding original shipping) once the item is returned to us in resellable condition.
